I have been working for fifteen years in the tourism services, where I have developed and improved important training experiences both in Italy and abroad.
The knowledge of my work focused on the hospitality and overall management of services related to the stay of tourists, represents a motivation for a continuous personal research to improve my skills.
With passion and deep dedication, I carried out various tasks in the area (duties in charge of reception, promotion and sale of tourist excursions, supervisor of accommodation facilities, team working skills development).
I always do my very best to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay to all my guests.
